This class can retrieve Twitter user time line tweets.

It can send an HTTP request to retrieve the time line of a given Twitter.

The class parses the response in JSON and returns an array with all the tweet properties.

It can also register callback functions to be invoked before and after retrieving the given user tweets and for each tweet.
