Forms generator for MYSQL: Generate forms to edit MySQL table records

The class is not only my work: more snippet are from formitable script and Manule Lemos Forms Class.

FOR A COMPLETE WORK IS NEEDED THE ARIAL.TTF FILE TO PUT IN THE CLASS DIRECTORY

The captcha code is not my work, but i get the code from html.it.
In the class, a Tiny_Area function create a web textarea: THE CODE OF TINY EDITOR IS NOT IN THE DOWNLOADED FILE.

For see the example it is neessary to create the folder:
1) class -> and put in the php files classes and the arial.ttf file
2) template -> put in all template
