This is a meta-package just for triggering the load of the assets installer plugin package.

It does not contain any classes. It just includes a composer.json file that defines a dependency on another package that is the actual installer plugin.

The installer plugin can install asset files outside the vendor directory like JavaScript, CSS and image files under the Web document root directory.
