It is a little unclear how your data is related, so assuming that you have a select field of functions (or users from you request), then you would have another select of attendees for that function.

Here is a package that should be able to help you get what you need.

    Hi Dave Thanks for your reply. This is not quite what I was looking for. I am wanting to use a "User" table to populate an "Attendees" table so that I can keep an accurate record of meeting attendance and also perhaps at a later stage develop and "Apologies" list and also use these to select sending email copies of meetings minutes.
