There is this photo contest in my company.

I need to publish in a Web site one form to let employees upload their photos (just one per person).

Later it would let all the employees see all the pictures and vote just 3 of them.

    Do you need rating ( star rating system ) or like votes that each user provide some points ranging from 0 - 10. And by 3 of them you mean only 3 users will vote each image or each user can vote 3 times for an image?

    I do wrote a rating system for images where an user can rate only once from a given ip. It is also done for images. I do not know if I could provide links here, so you can have a look

      I do not think there is a specific package for voting on pictures and organize the whole contest.

      Would a general purpose content voting class help?
