  I don't think there is such complete CRM system in this site right now. Maybe there are classes that provide the basic functionality that contact management. But you need to tell which functionality you really need.

  CRM is a complex application. Look at Zoho and SugarCRM. I have used Sugar and it works and is highly customizable but I found it rather bloated and the learning curve for customizing is large. I have heard good things about Zoho but haven't had the opportunity to try it.

  Thank you very much for reply me. with regards marketing, support, social CRM, mobile CRM, email integration, reporting, project & activity management. An important feature is the game section: where PIN Codes could be generated to perform lottery operations... Thanks
