Authorize.net class for SIM API

+1	I need complete library to access authorize.net SIM to create transactions, refunds, partial refunds, etc. This means it includes all classes for authorize.net SIM method.

  I get the sense that they are looking for a wrapper for the Sever Integration Method (SIM) specifically so that they do not have to understand how everything works, just that it works. If they where willing to learn to use the Software Developers Kit (SDK), then learning SIM would be nothing since I believe SIM is the simplest method using POST.

  There are a few classes that can deal with authorize.net CIM but SIM is a different thing.

  Maybe somebody can develop a new package for handling SIM API calls.
