I have a navigation problem to go between different buttons on my bar like declaring href = "#" which points to my page.

If you are having difficulty to implement a navigation bar that shows different parts of pages in a sort of tab-like user interface, you may want to try this HTML forms generation package. It is not based on CodeIgniter but it may work well in your CodeIgniter applications.
