Tiny URL Handler: Manipulate domains and URLs and their parts

This class can manipulate domains URLs and their parts. Currently it can:

- Get the root or a part of a domain
- Get the directory or other parts of a URL
- Get, change or delete a query parameter of a URL
- Convert a URL query parameters into an array and vice-versa
- Get the complete URL of the current request with or without query parameters
- Get the protocol of a URL and check if it is HTTP or HTTPS
- Check if a string is a valid URL
- Build an URL from another replacing some of its parts
