Description Author

This class can determine the IP address of the user from the request headers.

It can check the server request super-global variable to see if the user is accessing the site using a proxy.

If so, it returns the original user IP address exposed by the proxy server.

Otherwise the class returns the current remote IP address connecting to the HTTP server.
