Simple Image: Resize images preserving the original proportions

This is a simple class can resize images preserving the original proportions.

It can load an image in the GIF, JPEG or PNG format and resize it to given dimensions.

The class can also resize the image to a given width or height and calculate automatically the other dimension to preserve the original proportions.

Thr resized image can be saved to another file with the same or a different format of the original.
