ISM Matrix: Handle Interpretive Structure Modeling matrices

This class can manipulate Interpretive Structure Modeling matrices.

It can perform several types of operations with ISM matrices like:

- Initializing a matrix with given dimensions or an array of values
- Perform matrix transformations
- Swap elements of a matrix
- Retrieve an array with the matrix values
- Copy the matrix to a new ISM matrix object
