Description Author

This class serve files for download and count downloads using files.

It can serve a given files for download automatically determining the content type based on the file name extension.

The class also track the number of times each file is downloaded using text files to store the download count.

It can also retrieve the list of files that were downloaded and the respective download count numbers.
