This class be used to create and redirect URL shortcuts.

It can create and store in a MySQL database an URL that is a shortcut for a longer URL.

The class can redirect users that access pages of with the URL shortcut to the original URL page.

Prize: Book of choice by Apress		 Short URL redirector sites became more popular recently with the event micro-blogging systems like Twitter.

Such systems only allow posting messages of no more than 140 characters in order to fit in the SMS message length limit.

This class allows to implement a short URL site in PHP like TinyURL under any domain.
