DCHK: Check the availability of a domain name with whois

This class can be used to check the availability of a domain using the whois service.
It connects to a whois server and performs a query to check whether the domain is available.
If the whois server returns that there is no matching record for the given domain, the class display a message that includes a link to a registration site.
The registration site URL is configurable.
