File Handler: Read and write data to filesc

This package can read and write data to files inside a directory.

It provides a class that can perform several types of operations with files in a given directory.

Currently, it can:

- Set the current file directory

- Set the work file and filter the file name

- Write data to the file, encoding the data if the file type is JSON

- Read data from a file, decoding the data if the file type is JSON

- Delete a file
