Description Author

This class can take MySQL database backups generating SQL.

It connects to a MySQL database server using MySQLi and extracts the lists of tables and fields.

The class queries the database to extract the table record values and outputs to a file SQL CREATE and INSERT statements to recreate the database.

How to Use ?

Unzip the downloaded file.

Copy and paste the folder to www directory.

Change the DB Configuration in the constructor.

Run the project from the browser.

DB Backup will be taken in the specified folder or a default folder will be created and will be logged.
