I have a MySQL 4.0 DataBase and like to convert the DataBase to MySQL 5.0 UTF-8.
The same should be done with the script. I am not sure what it is, but I guess now its ANSY.

It will be nice if someone have an encoding detect class or function.

At MySQL is written you should first convert your MySQL 4.0 to MySQL 4.1 before converting to MySQL 5.0 but this looks old like two or three
years.
