We have offline application for data entry and online application for performance tracking for which we have monthly Dataentry in offline application and monthly synchronization of offline data with online data.

Issues

Using webservices
1)Upload XML or text file in server with using one click (without special permissions on online database)
2)Execute the file

I request all guyz to understand the problem and come with some possibilities of doing this task
