I have created a php based MVC framework(similar like codeigniter,yii,cakephp etc.). I want to have a licence (MIT/GPL/BSD) and logo registration for same. I googled but didn't found any proper solution. Can anyone help me on this and let me know whether I need to pay to have a license, if so how much exactly needed, how to register for licence.

It will be really helpful for me and others if i get any solutions for this.
