Hello, I have a table with 3 text search criteria, 2 radio button and one submit button.

radio_buton-edit.php radio_buton-delete.php
submit button
My table is in MySQL database. What I need is: when I click the submit button to display a different php page depending on wich radio button was selected and what search criteria I select, I've tried to redirect to the php page when I click the radio button (with java script) but my search criteria is null, Plss give me an ideea.
