I am considering to do a outsourcing test with a smaller project seeing many companies outsource to Malaysia / Romania or other countries.
Can someone please recommend a reputable website where freelancers and project owners meet? I did a google search, a large result got returned and I am confused as to how trustworthy most of them would be.
- Project owners should be reasonable sure that this is not a scam site
- Freelancers should know that they don't waste their time and work for nothing
- Both should be sure if the site facilitates the payment that the money goes where it should
