I have purchased a GSM Modem for sending/receiving SMS from windows PC. The modem can be connected thru Serial (COM1) port. Is there any PHP program which can recognise the device and send and receive SMS through it?
My platform is WINDOWS XP / APPACHE 2+ / PHP 5+
