ok,lets come to the point.
the scenario is as follows
i have a hand held embedded device which is connected to internet through a gprs sim.It will send data to a server port..
The problem here is ..i HAVE TO WRITE A PROGRAM WHICH ALWAYS LISTEN to that port.Is it possible..Can anyone give me a solution.Is there any way to configure the apache server to listen to a port and transfer data to a php file
