Hello,

in January '18, i won the innovation award and had to choose a price. However, the price i chose was already given, so i had to pick another one. I did so, but never got an answer neither the price i chose.

What shall i do now?

Sorry for the delay. We are also having difficulties with email that for some reason sometimes it does not arrive. Recently we implemented an alternative solution using Google GSuite that we are still testing.
