If i try to open this http://www.devnetwork.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=12 page

the following error is diplayed

phpBB : Critical Error

Could not connect to the database

Yes, unfortunately the PHP Developers Network forum is not working but that is not under control of the PHPClasses site.

You may want to try contacting Jason Lotito to check out what is going on: jason at devnetwork.net .
