how many curl requests can I make (per day) to http://translate.google.com/translate_tts without ban?

To be honest, I do not know. But I read somewhere if you make more than 180 requests per second to any of their api's you will be blocked for like 30 minutes and probably if you continue like that you could be black listed. You should read Google Translate TOC for more info.
