resized image from original portrait image being rotated

Hi, I love this class, except when I try to resize an image who's height is greater than its width (portrait) the resized image is rotated 90 degrees. I outputted the dimensions right after opening the image in the class and height and width are reversed. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thank you!
