I am getting this message when i run example script

Sfile_get_contents(http://www.google.com/ig/api?weather=India&hl=en): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.0 404 Not Found in C:\wamp\www\mevac\google_weather_api.php on line
