1. How to add Binary Data ? for e.g. DE48 Or DE52 ? Can you provide example ?
2. a. In case of DE2(PAN), it is mentioned as Numeric in other documents. but $DATA_ELEMENT it is "an"
What is the reason ?
b. In case of Binary Data like DE48(New Pin Block), DE52(PIN) and DE55(Integrated Circuit Card System Related Data) $DATA_ELEMENT does not mentions "b" ?
