I been doing some searching with no luck. I'm looking for some thing that will let me create a Portal and CMS system.

I want to create this from scratch and I dodn't want to run any of the all ready made ones. I wanted my own options.

I tried posting in the support forum. and when I tried to do this. Your web site wants me to pay for it. Sorry I won't pay for information that I may never get. So you admin's on phpclasses.org need to re think before asking for money.
