The Javascript class supplied with the package is just an example (if somewhat large) of how one could use the PHP class. I have used the PHP class with many other scripts with only minor modifications. For example, the scripts at http://www.dynamicdrive.com, which implement many different types of slide shows can be modified to use the PHP class instead of hard coding the image file names in the Javascripts.
