grabRediff Not working for Old Rediff accounts

Hi,

I am working with the grab Rediff script which is working fine for new users who have created new rediff accounts. But it is unable to fetch the contacts of the users who are already registered. I dont understand where the problem is , as it is grabbing contacts of newly registered rediff users perfectly.
