I try to use your classes to resize gif animations. I use windows with xampp for development and your gifdecoder class didn't work, but gifsplit works.
So I get every frame, resize the frame and add a watermark. With the encoder I create the new resized, watermarked animation. fine.

BUT I cannot determine the speed of every frame, is there any function to get the speed of each frame from the original animation?
