How to pass $_GET variables

Dear,
I'm so sorry for disturb you so much recently, but there are some problems that I really need your help.
1. phpmydatagrid can not pass GET variable. For example, it embed to manager.php?pg=manager via "pg" variable, but it can not working well. http://codict.org/manager.php?pg=manager . I tried linkparam but it not success.
2. I dont know why but some first rows cannot be updated. (others ok)

And I have some suggestion for new version:
Could you take it look like excel for below feature:
- Choose table in rectangle
- Can press Enter and Tab to move selection of table
- Press F2 to edit it.
