i have a problem with your class:
i use error_reporting=E_ALL, register_globals=OFF.
The dbf and fpt files are created with FoxPro.
Executing test.php the message is: Notice: Only variable references should be returned by reference in ......./Table.class.php on line 147;
On 641 record i see only 2 with errors...

You mean it is just a notice? How about if you set the the error_reporting to ~E_ALL to see if it works fine or not.
I have the same setting with you and works fine with simple dbf file.

I cannot see memo fields, can you post an example of how can I see it? where are memo fields I see numbers, but with a dbf viewer I see the text okey, I amb bit loosed, xD, thanks crack!
