Would it be possible to add more attributes to the xml file to:
(1) Allow/disallow database creation (many hosts don't allow DB creation)
(2) Drop/No Drop of the table (desire to keep the table schema in place)
(3) Empty/No Empty the table (desire to append versus replace the data)
