Looking at your package (I actually have a similar project on my 'request' list, so using yours might be a great time saver), though would like to have some more 'instructions' - with some screenshots, etc. (if possible) before going to the trouble to download/install it.
Primarily, these would be of the UI - to get an idea of what they (the Administrator as well as the 'attendees' {I see this as much more than an 'employee' program}) would have to do for this package (obviously, some localized mods will likely be done) - things like adding/updating users, logging in, scanning codes, etc.
The concept for this is very powerful, and useful in many ways (I have one company wanting something like this for employees, though also a lot of interest from a kindergarten - where kids come/go at all hours. Keeping track of time 'in house' is important for billing and/or payment in the case of employees). So, the UI (and UX) of this is interesting to know before diving into it.
