Please add Odnoklassniki (ok.ru) support

Hello,

Would be really great if you could add Odnoklassniki support to your class. And also add email retrieving from VK api, which included within token response field aka $token['email'].

OK, I just updated with a version that supports Odnoklassniki.

As for VK, I did not find a way to get the email of an users. Take a look here to check what is possible.
