I tried follow instruction about (OAuth Yahoo).
I download file :
1. http.php
2. oauth_client.php
3. login_with_yahoo.php
Create page Apps and insert secret & key.

Result :
OAuth client error

Error: it was not possible to access the OAuth request token: it was returned an unexpected response status 401 Response: oauth_problem=consumer_key_unknown

Where I did mistake?

That suggests that the key may not be correct.

You may also need to set the permissions right in Yahoo.

I tried to look at Yahoo Apps page but it seems it no longer exists.

I am not sure if Yahoo API are still being maintained.
