Hello Keith,

I tried to contact the local support companies of Polar. They do not understand about programming issues.

There is a form to ask for support on the Polar support page. They ask for a device of Polar that you want to use. Can you pass the device identification you can see below so I can ask for support to access the API for users with that device?
