Hotmail issue?

Since some time a go started issue with hotmail.
It is not possible to verify anymore hotmail and there is always error
S 550 SC-002 (BAY0-MC4-F29)

I've tried from 3 different hosting in different IP ranges. So it looks that it have nothing to do with IP address:

Example 1)

S 250 BAY0-MC4-F29.Bay0.hotmail.com (3.19.0.77) Hello [192.162.136.67]
C MAIL FROM: <info@....................org>
S 550 SC-002 (BAY0-MC4-F29) Unfortunately, messages from 192.162.136.67 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
Unable to validate the address with this host.
Disconnected.

Example 2)
S 250 SNT0-MC1-F36.Snt0.hotmail.com (3.19.0.77) Hello [208.76.87.18]
C MAIL FROM: <admin@..............org>
S 550 SC-002 (SNT0-MC1-F36) Unfortunately, messages from 208.76.87.18 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Example 3)
S 250 BAY0-MC2-F18.Bay0.hotmail.com (3.19.0.77) Hello [76.72.162.202]

Do you have any idea what could be wrong here?

550 SC-002 - Mail rejected by Outlook for policy reasons. The mail server IP connecting to Outlook has exhibited namespace mining behavior. If you are not an email/network admin please contact your Email/Internet Service Provider for help.

That means that Hotmail banned the IP address of the machine you are using to send email or validate the email address due to abuse from somebody in your network.

Actually i have come behind that all MSN related email accounts started to block IP addresses only because of verification without sending anything to their server (the way how works this script).

Unfortunately, there is nothing that anybody can do about it.

In your case, what you can do is to switch to a different hosting. The IP address of your hosting is blacklisted probably due to abusive spam in the past.
