I am not sure what you mean by "extend this to the to your website design".

If you mean change the site presentation style to make it the same as on the search page, that will happen soon, very likely in 2 months, when the new site services come out of beta .

The new services will only be made available only to premium subscribers, but the site presentation style will be the same for all users. Meanwhile, please be patient.
