Although I still use chrome for development, and especially for everyday viewing, the shortfalls are certainly there, and I hope that chrome developers work to put better tools at our disposal, which should be aligned with Google's interests of bringing more and more content into the web development world.
I have both installed, and sometimes I need a feature of firefox, or I want to do some simple browser compatibility testing, and I'll fire it up, but I can't force myself to use it on a daily basis anymore. Chrome's become second nature.
