I work at a global company so I'm quite familiar with people who speak (and write) English as a second language - and I am usually very flexible with them (I'm sure it's very difficult to learn English).

However, if you intend to be an author and publish papers, please work on your grammar skills - it was actually painful to read this article.

Hopefully you will take this criticism constructively as I mean no disrespect.

Clayton, thanks for the feedback.

Not being a native English speaker, I am aware that my English is not perfect.

I do use a spell checker built-in Firefox. I also wanted to use a Grammar checker but I could not find one available as Firefox extension. Just let me know if you know of any good grammer checker extension for Firefox or Google Chrome.
