Firefox' main drawback for me is that its main interface becomes more and more unresponsive the more tabs you have open at the same time.

Plus Firefox still eats memory like hell, sometimes it runs amok, and i have to reboot my machine because all memory has been paged out and my machine is unuseable.

Right, every version it was getting worse.

Chrome also eats a lot of memory with many tabs, but it starts separate processes for each tab, so the activity of one tab does not delay the activity of another tab.
