Need some more information

This is waqas from Pakistan, I just read the whole article and it really cleared out many things about microsoft and it's initiatives. Although I am not a big fan of microsoft, but as a matter of fact, my daily business or life style depends on it, like using windows and it's applications/software.

I am running a small company related to website development, and web applications development. I am really impressed with WebsiteSpark program and passionately want to participate in it. Would you provide the access point/url/address to this service?

Even, if WebsiteSpark program doesn't give me a benefit of a single penny, but still there are lots of underlying advantages, which I am very sure, no one is offering in the world. will wait for a reply on this.
