Intellectual Property Rights All content, materials, and features available on the Iceburg CRM website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Iceburg CRM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Iceburg CRM website and its services for your own personal or business use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content, materials, or features available on the Iceburg CRM website without the prior written consent of Iceburg CRM.</p>

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability The Iceburg CRM website and its services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Iceburg CRM does not warrant that the Iceburg CRM website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. In no event shall Iceburg CRM be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use or inability to use the Iceburg CRM website or its services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if Iceburg CRM has been advised of the possibility of such damages.</p>
