Accoladens believe that there's no more important investment than an individual's health. This means being conscious about what you are putting into your body in terms of food and otherwise. Cheaping out on food makes one pay for it in the long run; in medical expenses, or cost of nutritional supplements, or diminished abilities at work or in life generally. It's better to give your body what it needs; not only economically, but also spiritually, healthwise, for interoception and more. In line with this, we appreciate and value a good smoothie. Here are some recipes and tips!

Tips

Consume smoothies as soon as possible after blending to get the most negative ionized hydrogen antioxidant from fruits and vegetables

Order the ingredients you put into your blender from most fine at the bottom to most coarse at the top. For example: almond milk (very fine since it's liquid) at the bottom and chunks of apple or mango (coarse since pushing on an edge of one pushes the rest of the piece that is attached). This makes it easier on the blender so you get more even mixing, makes less noise since bigger things are cushioned in smaller things, and leaves less on the sides of the blender and more for you to drink!
