I18N_php is derived from two prior works, STPhp and LanguageSys.

STPhp was written by Jacob Moorman (roguemtl@marblehorse.org) of the Marble Horse Free Software Group with contributions by Erich Zigler (needo@marblehorse.org).

LanguageSys was written by Florian Breit (support@mcb.cc).  I18N_php contains the rfc1766 Class (rfc1766.class.php), version 1.0.0.  This code is used unchanged.  No other code from LanguageSys is used.
